1. Membership Eligibility 1.1 Membership is open to individuals of all skill levels who agree to abide by the club’s rules and regulations. 1.2 Juniors joining forms will have to be completed by the parent/guardian. The adult completing the form agrees to explain to their child the obligations made in the agreement abs ensure these are adhered to 2. Membership Fees 2.1 Membership fees must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan at the time of registration or renewal. 2.2 Fees are non-refundable except in cases of special circumstances, as determined by the club’s management. 2.3 The club reserves the right to adjust fees with [30 days] notice to members. 3. Membership Responsibilities 3.1 Members must: Respect the club’s staff, other members, and facilities at all times. Follow the club’s rules, including equipment usage and court reservation policies. Report any damage to facilities or equipment promptly to management. 3.2 Members are responsible for their personal belongings while on club premises. 4. Code of Conduct 4.1 Members are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and professionalism during games and events. 4.2 Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in membership suspension or termination. 5. Facility Use 5.1 Members have access to the facilities during operating hours. Special access may be granted for private events. 5.2 Proper attire, including non-marking shoes, must be worn at all times. 5.3 Members are responsible for cleaning up their area after use and returning borrowed equipment. 6. Termination of Membership 6.1 The club reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for: Breach of the terms and conditions. Non-payment of fees. Misconduct or violation of the club’s code of conduct. 6.2 Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice to the club. No refunds will be issued for unused periods. 7. Liability Waiver 7.1 The club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by members while participating in club activities or using club facilities. 7.2 Members agree to participate at their own risk and are encouraged to seek personal accident insurance. 8. Privacy Policy 8.1 Member personal information will be used solely for club purposes, including communication and record-keeping. 8.2 The club will not share member details with third parties without consent. 9. Amendments 9.1 The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or notice on the club’s premises or website. 10. Acknowledgment By becoming a member, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.
